Amazing hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and great amenities like free wi-fi, a bar, and a restaurant. I still remember how the staff helped me find my lost ring. Highly recommend it!

Truly enjoyed the way our good sized luxury king room with standalone bath was arranged. The service was impeccable, the food was outstanding. They recommended a magnificent restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with good beds. Excellent staff members especially the staff member whom looked after our every need and kept the hotel clean. The venue was in a marvellous position close to all the bars. We often went to Kokoro to pick up some food.
The bed was not firm enough, that's my bad luck.

We had a fantastic experience with the lovely breakfast variety and spacious, clean room, although the bathroom design flooded a bit. Would definitely return!

Lovely hotel right in the centre near to all the bars and restaurants although didn't experience any noise in the hotel at all. Friendly staff, very clean, modern surroundings. Beds lovely and comfortable, would definitely stay again.

Excellent location, very central! The rooms very comfortable and modern. The staff were freindly and helpful. Although we had read about a noise problem due to the locality, we had none of that at all and enjoyed the stay!
Along with the good location of the hotel comes the parking issues, but there was a good solution in place, including a bit of a walk! I found the staff in the restaurant at breakfast a little pre-occupied and not as attentive as the rest of the hotel staff. Our cooked breakfast would arrive while we were still enjoying fruit from the buffet , there was definately a lack of communication between the front of house and the kitchen, but the breakfast was excellent all the same.

It was just a nice choice for a fleeting pause in Canterbury with definitely value for money. The breakfast selection was excellent, especially the fresh juices and made-to-order cooked options. I'd suggest bringing a good pair of shoes for the walk to the station.

The restaurant and bar. We had a wonderful meal with fantastic service. Our waiter was courteous and friendly. We were rather concerned that the staff didn't have a very long break between shifts as the same waiters and waitresses were there in the morning! Nevertheless they were still cheerful and helpful.

Everything was as expected: fab staff and food. You'll need 10 minutes to walk to the foundry brew pub with nice drinks.

fantastic access to canterbury's charming parks and historical sites
I loved the comfortable room that offered all the usual facilities and the very nice closeness to landmarks like the Canterbury Roman Museum and Greyfriars Chapel, both just a short stroll away. For anyone who enjoys weekend wanderings, this place is a dream since so many attractions are practically at your doorstep, but parking can be a bit tricky, so plan a little extra time for that.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was lovely, it had everything I needed, and the bed was comfy.
As the hotel is in the city centre the car-parking is a little tricky. Also, because of the location, it can be a little noisy outside late at night. This doesn't bother me particularly, although I usually like to sleep with the window open, and found I couldn't do so on account of the noise.

Superb location for city centre, ideal for cathedral visit. Restaurant is excellent with prices to match the quality.Car parking is severely limited due to city centre location but staff are very helpful and make the most of it. Room was excellent although a little tired. The bathroom was interesting- clear glass walls!
Floors are very thin. People moving about seem to vibrate the whole building.
